Non-registered users – Opening HIN Mail for the first time

When you open an HIN e-mail for the first time, you first need to register. Follow the instructions. You can also find instructions in our video.
1.
Click on the «Read the encrypted message» link in the e-mail.

Select your preferred language, enter your mobile number and click on «Send».

3.
You will receive an SMS code on your mobile phone.
4.
Enter the SMS code.

5.
If you would like to be authenticated directly on this device in future without having to enter an SMS code again, tick the box «Remember this device and open future e-mails immediately».
6.
Click on «Send» to read the encrypted e-mail.

Not received an SMS code?
- Check that you have entered your mobile number correctly and click on «Send».
- Click on «Request a new SMS code» to receive a new SMS code.
- Click on the link «Do you have a new phone number?» to update your mobile number and receive an SMS code.
The SMS code sent is only valid for 15 minutes. If you have not used the SMS code within these 15 minutes, start the process again to receive a new SMS code.
If you have tried all of the above options and still have not received an SMS code, please contact HIN Support.
